How to Juice Efficiently.

It's been about 2 months since I've started this journey, and trust me it has definitely been a learning experience. I've finally come to embrace this healthy regimen as a permanent daily lifestyle. So far, I've noticed amazing results in my skin with less acne and beautiful natural glow.Juicing is a serious lifetime commitment that can be very time consuming, but totally worth every second when you're investing in a healthier "new" you.

Here are some helpful juicing tips that can save you alot time and plenty of room for juicing!

  1. Pre-plan each juice recipe the night before.
  2. Rinse and cut your fruits/veggies if needed and store them in the fridge overnight.
  3. Take a small plastic grocery bag and place it in the juice chute to easily dispose the pulp by throwing the bag.
  4. Prepare hot and soapy dishwater in the sink before the juicing begins.
  5. Dissemble juice machine and soak the necessary parts in the water while enjoying your freshly made glass of natural deliciousness. 
  6.  Rinse parts with hot water, wipe down the juicer and juicing station so that you're ready to enjoy your next juicing experience!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Whole Beet (w/ leaf and stem attached)
  • 1/2 of a Lime
  • Thin Slice of Ginger (size of a quarter)
  • 2 Small Apples
  • 2 Pears
  • 1/2 of a giant size broccoli
Instructions:
  1. Rinse and cut fruits/veggies according to the size of your juicer.
  2. Juice fruit in this order- beat, broccoli, pears, apples ginger, and lime.
  3. Enjoy!
